My choice would be to raise the flop
I would probably call it down against SB, but real problem there is BU - only player with uncapped range that can play this way all AJ-AK. Raising should never be option there - our hand is only bluffcatcher.
Any info on both villains would be nice as well. Read less I would most likely fold the river in a multi way pot. I don't think the SB would 3 barrel bluff in 2 players. It would be insane to change a missed flush draw in to a bluff.

Pre flop Would strongly consider squeezing, to about 15BB.. If called by BB i would lead flop for 1/3 pot, then probably x/c down with none of the draws completing.
