I have only 40 hands on villain so no relevant postflop stats vp/pr 35/20. Should I have folded?

your pre-flop raise should be $1.00 (4BI), but if you are using blindsteals moves its ok to steal with 3BI

In post flop you have a trash hand with a gutshot + overcard = 7outs. So you should make your c-bet with 2/3 of pot = $1.16
After face a resistence by vilain you fold.

If you steal you raise 3BB from BU with any hand your raising (incl SHC hands).
I think the villain here is raising with any T or Q so I'm not sure you have the necessary equity to call/shove here. maybe someone has a different opinion?
