GG Poker - $0.25 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 582.12 BB
SB: 101.4 BB
BB: 34.04 BB
UTG: 186.48 BB
MP: 139.96 BB
Hero (CO): 104.04 BB

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has T♣ T♠

fold, MP raises to 2.52 BB, Hero calls 2.52 BB, fold, fold, fold

Flop: (6.44 BB, 2 players) T♦ 9♠ J♥
MP bets 2.16 BB, Hero calls 2.16 BB

Turn: (10.76 BB, 2 players) A♣
MP bets 7 BB, Hero calls 7 BB

River: (24.76 BB, 2 players) A♥
MP bets 18.6 BB, Hero raises to 50.84 BB

It's a little bit of sick spot in my opinion.

Thoughts?

TT I would most likely 3bet or villain is really tight. As played I would most likely jam the river.
That looks a little bit weaker than to have some chips behind I think. You can't really fold if villain 3bet shoves.
If that would happen you are most likely beat.

3 bet preflop—- you want your 3 bet frequency to be around 8-10 between all positions, smaller in MP 4-5 bigger in CO and BTN like 9-10, SB a little polar like 6-7 and then BB higher cause you want to 3 bet the heck out of SB open ranges.. GL
