Managing table selection and waiting lists

Hi. I come back to P* after many years (it was called the best soft during my times...) moving from GG Poker, and I find managing tables frustrating...

Is there any way to play around their rule where to join a waitlist you have to already be playing on 'similar table' (which feels absurd, as I can't join waiting list on NL200 'short SH' table while playing NL200 'regular SH' tables because apparently it's not a similar table ^^).

Is there a way to play more than 4 regular tables? Is it a limit for all players at .com server, or only for some countries?

I really want to play P* over GG, as their rake is killing me, but feels like P* is trying to do everything in their power, to make it impossible.

To people who play regular tables, do you have any tips on how to efficiently manage table selection? How do you do that on a daily basis without going mad .

I don't know the reason for the waiting list thing — I've asked, and they say that some country made it a rule.
There is no way around it that I know.
When you try to join a waiting list for a game where there are no tables you can join, the only thing to do is wait.
If PokerStars seats you at a table by yourself, that is fine, but if there is one other player, you either play heads-up, or run out the clock on every hand, and hope that they guy gets disgusted and either leaves or sits out.

Personally, I don't mind playing heads-up.
