Hi Guselis22,
I understand your anger, however all poker rooms have similar rules, due to international money-laundering rules.
Here is a very good (but very long) pdf describing anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance techniques for online gaming operators:
https://www.americangaming.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/AGA-AML-Best-Practices_12-9.pdf

Here's another — less compreshensive, but gets the message across.

All the best,
VS

Thx Vorpal for your effort on explaining me. I read the rules, and they are non explicative. The company has to be clear on their rules. Anyway, I want to share my resolution. Remember when I wished we had a bigger voice? So angry as I was, I saw an ad for them on instagram, went on the comments and spammed the situation. Replied to one professionals player (sponsored) comment, and he answered me that it was not.the case.. that i was doing something wrong. Since ive got his attention I dm him, and for my luck he was a nice guy and answered me. I showed all proof that what I was saying was true. He said he would help me and talk to them. Guess what happened, as a miracle my withdraw was accepted. So I dont know what he did, but they listened to him. This just proves that the refusal was not based on any rule.
So if any gg staff is reading, please just be fair with your customers. Played 15 years on sites like full tilt, stars , 888 and never had this issue before. The sad part was comming to the internet and seeing other people with the same issue, without a clear answer and a voice. I got lucky that a good soul helped me.

Wow!

So glad to hear that you got through to them.
I'm also extremely pleased that you let us know how.

In future, when members are in this situation, I can refer them to instagram. I would never have found this because I don't use Instagram. Some other rooms have support channels on reddit and some on discord. First I heard of an Instagram one, so thanks!

Hi! To be clear, its not a procedure. I got lucky that a pro player noticed me and was willing to help.

Has anyone ever seen a winning graph from GG (pokercraft rakeless graphs are not counted)?

by accident I won like $4 there, cracking someone's Aces I guess we just have to wait, maybe the regs go elsewhere? they don't seem to...

There was mass analyze on plo200 regs in GG by plomastermind and I think only absolute top players were making profit prerb over reasonable sample and that just for 1-2bb/100 or so. Now maybe at lower stakes its bit more common. Afaik rake is actually super high in GG on bigger stakes as well.

So yeah GG has high rake and does advertize its rakeback being lot better than it really is. Its definitely bit scammy approach with PVI things but one should not be surprised if beating games there is tough. Especially if playing rush as high rake and tighter pool is vey tough combo to beat. Now if you play normal tables, table select and perhaps also do enough volume to get something from leaderboards its probably not as bad. Now of course GG then has its possibility to ban you for "predatory behaviour"...
