Since PT4 and other trackers cannot tell your true EV unless they can see the other player's cards, this makes sense.
In the English version of PT4, the line for EV is labelled "All-in Adj". This might appear differently in other translations.

My C is the short for My Currency
and All-in Adj stat (it can also be shown on a graph) is calculated like this:
1. it's the same as My Winnings when there was not an all-in and a call before river.
2. when there was an all-in and a call before the river, the formula is: (my equity of winning the pot)*(pot size). For example if you go all-in before the flop having AA vs KK (around 80% equity) on NL50 for total of 100bbs, the total pot is $100, your All-in Adj is 0.8*100 = $80. So on average you are winning $30 every time you go all-in with AA against KK preflop.
Basically, if your Winnings graph is above your All-in Adj graph, you are running good, if it's the opposite- you are running bad.
However, it's not really accurate, because it does not take into account situations like:
1. coolers, like set over set
2. you have a flush, barrel flop and turn but he rivers a boat
3. a recreational player calls your preflop 5-bet and binks flop
and many more
