On this board he will often peel with a lot of better hands you might get to fold by 2nd barreling so yeah, bet turn.
On the river im not really sure what to do if you're called though.. probably check behind, but you have no SD value and you might get a lot of A-Q high FDs to fold.

mh i think a turn check behind isn´t that bad here. with K or A high i would definately bet the turn for a free sd. if you bet the turn i would probably bet the river again though. depends on the player of course. he could easily fold Q, K or even A high hands
