I'd never go all-in with less than top pair unless I'd have some kind of crazy read that this guy is a total fish and is going all-in with any 2. If he donk bets the flop it will usually mean that he has a weak queen. Why did you shoved against his bet? you easily could've raised to 6-7$ and see what he does. It seems that you have a problem with letting go medium hands. It's not unreal for him to have a queen. Although 8x would probably slow play it also is a possibility. I think r/f flop and if he calls then check the turn and see what he does on the river. If the bet is smalish then call but if it's big then fold. I just don't see reason to go all-in on the flop with 2nd pair. He won't call you with worse

once he pot is don´t think he is going to fold Qx hand or better, so I think you can either call and fold to potsize turn bet or fold on the flop
