You can also check/raise the flop, he doesn't 3bet Ax only as you pointed out. But I think c/c is fine, too. As played, check/raising the river would be good against Ax, Qx and higher pocket pairs. He seems aggressive and good so he is likely to bet the river.

If you decide to donk the river and he raises you, you really can't 3bet there. He is unlikely to raise single Ax, it is most often better two pairs than yours.

I think 3-bet was misclick because of FTP didn't redraw call button its annoying glitch:)

you should check/raise the river. your opponent is not overaggressive and when you donk, he is just raising better hands and very often calls with 1pair like A9 AT AJ, probably just raising with AK. if you check, he bets every 1-pair hand and is certainly paying off for 1BB extra.
