is it good flop to c-bet ? can i bet here KK for value ?

with ur stack size shove preflop u want Ax PP to call u

either shove pre either raise like 400 and shove ANY flop.

Would also either:
-bet 320 pre, shove flop
-or shove pre

Maybe should shove pre-flop though, if intended to shove any flop anyway.

Not much more to say.

I find both plays OK. If you just raise pre, you comitt yourself postflop and can never give up on this flop. Even if you will be beat sometimes, he will hold low/mid pockets often enough.
