Well here I believe I had gotten reviewed a slightly similar one recently. However, in this one, I concluded that after UTG2 pot bet I had to either fold or end up all-in eventually. I decided on the later based on the possibility that he had one single ♠ at best (I suppose the pot bet meant he had either that or a very weak flush) and even if someone got a flush, I still had a number of outs for a Full House/Four of a Kind.
This is my reasoning. I wish to know what would have been the best decision and why.
