you have an overpair and it's a major mistake to check the flop. you have to bet. you have always been scared to run into some monsterhand but you have to realize that your opponents does just hit the flop in 33% of the times with a hand like KQ and they are very often unimproved and it might happen sometimes that somebody flopped the straight or a set but thats relatively unlikely to the scenario that they have either nothing or a weak madehand that you beat. bet/3bet on the flop and when somebody goes crazy and beyond reasonable action.
