i referred a friend saffa79 and we have been catching up today and she told me she received her starting capital a while back but i still have not been credited 10 $ yet why???

Usually we do not payout the money on Friday. So for example if you select Moneybookers, you will get the money on a Thursday, but please be aware that we need to approve it first, which can take a couple of days.
Regarding your second questions: You can't say how many Full Tilt Points are one StrategyPoints. StrategyPoints are based on weighted contributed rake and not on FTPs. FTPs are based no dealt rake and there are also extra points (happy hour).
