You likely can't fold pf, you can't fold tp to the c-bet. You can cosnider c/f turn, but since he can valuebet there worse Ax hands or semibluff a lot of flushdraws, I think c/c turn is also reasonable.
Now question is if you should fold river close to potsize bet. Your hand looks a lot like Ax and I think he won't valuebet that big AT and weaker Ax hands, so you can consider c/f river, but until I have no reads to the player barreling habits, I'd likely would still call him down, although don't expect to be good too often.

So you think it is a fold but you probably wouldn't fold? I think bet is too big to call profitably.

yeah, it so much depends on the player. It is really hard him to have always there better Ax hand and although it may seem you have ace, he may still try to bluff you out with miss draw. If you generally don't see players 3-barreling or valuebetting worse hands you can fold, since it is usually bluff catcher, but I tend to call, since I give NL 50 players enough credit also to bluff these spots.

Yeah but how often is this a bluff though? Do you think I am good 1 in 3 times?

likely not, so maybe fold is better option, but just don´t start c/f always on the river, since then you get barreled too often.
