Villain was fishy playing 48/15 over 30 hands so I don't think his limp/calling range is that strong. Flop shove look fine?

I'm confused.. why do you want to shove here? All worse aces are gonna fold and you're ~flipping vs a draw.

CC flop imo and get the money in on every non-heart turn. This gives him a chance to bet out again with his worse hands.

if he is potting flop with Ax he isn´t really going to fold, so if you don´t want to see another heart on the turn and think he would often b/c his potting range then shove on the flop is fine
Other option would be raise to 14$ and put him all-in none heart turn, but since turn might also be K, then I think shove is also fine
