think its ok , first thought was to 4bet/shove , at least you need him to know you will commit to the pot which you did so nh

also like the 4bet -> qq is too strong to fold in the 3$ kos on ft. villains are going broke so lose and i also see hands 3betting here that you have beat with qq -> nh!
