HUD not working

what about those people who bought an official license for using H manager 1 ? they can use no longer pokerstars? I mean the hud is not working in that poker room for all the "old"users? thanks

this can happen on other sites too.
But if it happens on Stars we have some sleepless days although we released the update 1 week before Stars changed it. ♦

So I installed the hm1 update and now my hm1 doesn't work for some reason. ("issues with licence" when I start it)

Btw. I bought hm2, but my old hm1 licence should still be active.

Edit: Never mind, I got it to work. Simply registered the code again and it's fine.

Install the HEM 2 + PostgreSQL combo like that it will work 100%

Yes .. had exactly same problem .. purchased hm2 this week .. spent 12 hours getting it to work on stars ,32red and 888 .. everything working , hand histories saved , hud working etc .. suddenly,despite not touching any settings on hm2 or any of the 3 sites the HUD no longer comes up .. Table manager sees the table and the hands are being shown in Active session ..UAC is still turned off(vista) ..Totally confused as to what to do and holdem support refer me back to FAQ's .. gonna demand my money back if this persists past tomorrow ... GRRRRRRRRR ... would appreciate any help on the subject ?

Do you get any error messages?
If this happens on 3 sites at the same time its probably something on your end.

Please post a screenshots of a table you are playing and the active sesion tab of HM2

Have you tried to drag the symbol to the table in the table finder?

If that doesn't help you should try a reconfiguration of your HM2 installation as explained in this FAQ: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1571/Help+with+Crashing+issues%3F

Yes i have tried dragging the icon on table finder and it caused the program to crash and an error report was created which i have sent to holdem and am currently waiting 4 a reply from them on this.
Will try the reconfiguration (again) but i cant see how this is going to help as i've done this once already approx 48 hours ago and 've not changed any settings since i had the HUD working correctly ?

I'm pretty sure there is something wrong in your configuration as you not even see the waiting for hands message on the tables.

Have solved the problem via holdem .. it seems the problem was my prefs file was corrupted .. i followed the following instructions and it worked beautifully:-

(open HM2)Please export your HUD's in HUD Options.

Then delete the prefs file(nb.full file name is prefs.xml) in the config folder in
7(and Vista): C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

Please make sure that your windows is up to date, all service packs and windows updates installed.

Import your HUD's again.(nb.this didnt actually work and i was given a message saying wrong file selected or file not recognised .. i just opened a poker site and it worked anyway.

HEM1/HEM2 doesn't work anymore with party poker

They see my tables, everything is configured to allow saving hand histories etc. Maybe a recent update?

I don't think there is a general problem as in this case there would be a flood of posts.

Please make sure that your Party client is installed in english language and writing english handhistories.
If thats working try to import some hands to see if this works.
