Once you are cleared to get the money your status will be updated to bronze. You will then have access to most of the forums sections..

Good to see you are already wanting to gain access to more content 
With a basic account some forums (such as the strategy-boards) are still restricted. Once you get your starting capital you will reach bronze and have access to the other forums as well.
As for your starting capital; it seems there was a problem with your transfer - and our support wrote you a ticket. Please check it, follow the instructions inside and reply to it http://www.pokerstrategy.com/home/support/
