From your description, it sounds like you should have won that hand.
Do you have the hand history?
With the complete hand history, we should be able to figure it out.
If you don't have it, let us know what site you play on, and perhaps the hand history can be downloaded.
If it happens again, take a screenshot, then we'll be able to tell.
