it took 4 days for me
so contact support if you don't get a mail after 4 days and they'll tell you why

You should have received an ID check via e-mail. If you haven't, then simply send a photo or scan of an ID such as a passport of drivers license in addition to proof of residence (e.g. gas or telephone bill) to security@pokerstrategy.com.
