How about starting with multiple 40 minute sessions, as that seems to be your current limit for when you stick to you A-game, then increase every so often each session by maybe 5 minutes at the time?
Slow and steady increase is well better than trying to improve it too hard, it's a game of patience!
Dude I should have listened to you...
Tried to play a long session to prove that I'm tough and macho... In the end I became so bored I donk played my KK (not pocket kings too...) too aggressively and lost 104 big blinds in one hand.
However didn't go on tilt. Finished 2 double up SNGs and my bankroll increased overall infact! Phew!
As for me, I'm a big fan of music. It keeps me "entertained" and away from boredom.
1k/2k hands as well for me.
And I try and keep a beverage handy. Food - I'd try be energized before the session.

Playing 4 tables without Table Ninja is very easy, Practice with 4 NL2 tables for an hour and it'll be like second nature
Tiled tables is also easier imo.

4 tables does not require special software. Maybe 12+.
And stacked is better than tiled for lots of tables

I did some NL2 24tabling on stars with nothing but a HUD, and it still feels slow
Stupid Zoom, ruining the feel of pace
(I was milestone hand whoring at the time, and it was only like 3-4k hands)
