How many points do my friend need to collect in Full Tilt points, that i can see in my friend list in pokerstrategy that he have collected 100 TAF points and i can get 15$ for that?

You cannot really say how many Full Tilt Points he needs, because our StrategyPoints are calculated using the rake on FTP.
For one $ rake he will get 2 StrategyPoints.
For one $ tablerake (thats the rake all players on the table generates) he will get 1 Full Tilt Point.
So if he play heads up he needs 100 Full Tilt Points and for Full Ring 225 Full Tilt Points to get 100 StrategyPoints.
