MT (id defo wouldnt say a tight reg tough) - 20/12/3(agg)/185

pre std
flop - i don't see any reason why i shouldn't bet
turn - if i was ahead on the flop than i still am (he's not tight but i really don't see him turning a straight) so i'm betting and than boom, i got lost :f_biggrin: i called his ch/r shove without even thinking (i relly have to work on that, my problem is that in such situations my thinking is still very very fishy "he's definitelly bluffing and i'll show him that he cannot bluff me!", i don't try to reconstruct the hand and try to figure out his range...)

now when i have more time and less 'emotions' im thinking that it looks like a flopped flush (probably nut flush), altough would he really ch/r me on the turn instead of ch/c the turn and beting/pushing the river or even planning a ch/r there? i don't see him doing that with any J (why wouldn't he cbet?) and i don't see him having two pair on that board. with overpairs or flopped sets i think he would cbet.

anyway, the question is - can i call his push getting 30% odds? or should i assume i'm most likely drawing dead and neither 9, 8 nor a spade would help me on the river?

vs a reg i am definatly checking the turn behind and evlauate the river. don´t blew pot with marginal hands. if you´re not sure if you`re ahead or not.

This. As played turn is very ugly but you should probably just bet/fold..
