His squeeze pre represents a lot of strength and I don't mind letting it go, we only flop a set 1:8. As played I flat flop, unless you bluff raise these flops a lot and have that dynamic. IMO flatting lets him make a 2nd best hand on the turn, allows him to barrel etc

I doubt very much that villian is going broke with AK on a low flop, so I think if you ship JJ on 8xx then you only ever see QQ+ and are totally crushed.

Given the stacksizes we cannot call for setvalue preflop and we can neither 4bet/call nor move postflop because his range is too strong.
Therefore we have to fold vs the 3bet.

Btw if I continue preflop, I'm generally much more on the 4bet-or-fold side with a hand like JJ and QQ unless the opponent plays poorly postflop (e.g. cbetting a lot but barreling with air rarely).
