Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$1/$2 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 5:h, A:h.
4 folds, Hero raises, BB calls.

Flop: (4 SB) 9:c, 3:d, 8:c (2 players)
Hero bets, BB calls.

Turn: (3 BB) A:s (2 players)
Hero bets, BB calls.

River: (5 BB) 6:c (2 players)
Hero bets, BB raises, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 9 BB.

I was thinking this is a flush 90%+ especially since this guy is 26/5, but I cant fold because I have top pair, but I really wanted to fold. What should the bottom of my call range be here?

call river and see his flush. I don't like river but I think TP is too strong to fold here even considering the board. fd came in and T7 .. true T7 is rarely in his range but i don't think theres a way to fold. . considering his stats i would want to fold too .. but but but. I don't think i would fold .. folding river is an option but then I think you'd need a read that he nearly always raise river flush. Sorry i cant explain well hope you understand my thoughts.

You would also bet with hands like Q8 K8 etc and especially in a blindwar situation toppair belongs to hands you have a nobrainer valuebet with. in consequence it means it's part of your stronger hands that you're not supposed to fold on a riverraise. This card sucks and i if he's such a nit by your stats you've yet picked.

I don't expect him to be raising with QJ QT JT but these are possible draws. neither i believe he's turning a madehand into a bluff and also less likely his calling with Kx and bluffraising K7 on the River. In first place it's a call and i'd rarely fold this hand. You gotta be quite certain about his tendencies to do such a fold. doing tight folds in general is quite often really expensive in limit hold'em. you can do a ton of slight -EV calls to compensate a wrong fold. So in doubt: Call!
