I looked at the Button chart and found this near the top:
Open raising size: 2BB
3-Bet size: 8BB against a 3BB open raise and 7BB against a 2.5BB open raise
It is right underneath the "Open Raising" range table
Is that what you were looking for?
A similar set of 3Bet sizes exists on the SB chart, but is missing from the BB chart.
The sizes on the SB chart should probably work...
