97s barrel turn against tight player

I think this is a reasonable play... what would you do on the river if he calls?

i think only hand that will not fold is KT then or Kx with flushdraw... i think non diamond rivers i still have to bluff... or if he checks a diamond river i can maybe bet really big? i think diamond river i would still check but bluff all other rivers, hoping any flushdraw just has to fold then.

because if he calls the turn he must have flushdraw or Kx, but most Kx he would fold the flop other than KdXd or KT. but he flatted pre so maybe like pocketpairs, T9s, JTs, QTs might call flop fold turn

Against a tight villain on offcourse a really low sample a 2nd barrel could work, but I expect around half pot is more than enough to get the same result with a bigger sizing.

At a 3 handed game you could raise smaller on the BTN as well. If you would min raise you can steal more profitable with a wider range. Especially against at least 1 tight player and you play post-flop in position.

I would bet 1/3 on the flop and on that turn I would check to give up.

You hand doesn´t have any equity at this point.

Any K would call.

Any T would still call your bet on the turn.

Any 5 is going to crush you.

Any flush draw is still calling.

Now even a straight draw is calling.

So what are you going to do on the river?

Your only option is to 3rd barrel with total air.

If you had QJ, AJ, AQ that would be a good second barrel because even if they call you on the turn, you have some showdown value on the river as well and you can win against busted draws or hit your own.

I agree with jesusflorestz mostly. 1/3 pot cbet OTF with 100% of your range.
Since Villain should have a x/r range OTF, he is capped on blank turns and uncapped on "game changer" turns.
I'd say the K is not really a game changer. Villain probably folds most Kx hands OTF.
So in theory, you can overbet this turn with your best value hands and (semi-) bluffs.
97 is maybe not the best bluffing candidate, I am not sure. Better might be hands like AJ e.g. that have nut potential and block Villains value hands (in this case A5, and KJ).

I think you need >100 hands for vpip/pfr to start being somewhat representative.
