99 in position on monochrome flop OOP

I donk 1/2 pot and call a raise and see river.

Yes you have a value bet OTT. Here you can make a small bet like 1/2. Your opponent show some weakness and this flop does look scary for 2 red TT-KK. If he calls you could bet on a non club river like 66%

but fold to a large one

This seems way too tight of a fold. Hard to find a laydown here

turn I am leading with the set, betting small 1/4-1/3 pot. if with this sizing unless he jams all in i am calling to see if i make the boat on river. If villain just called, no club comes i am leading again with a half pot bet, as i would think he has either 2 small clubs or a single big club J,Q,K. If he raises I fold. If the river card pairs and is a club, i would major overbet the pot, like a jam. Just because it would look suspect as all hell, and i think you have a good possibility of getting called.

I did bet here, intending to call a small raise but fold to a large one I thought of it much as a semi-bluff, rather than a bluff or a value bet.

You have set, as long as you dont see raise then bet turn -> bet river is only option.

It will be tough to pair the board and it will be a :club:. Only 4♣: will do that.
Folding turn is tough if you would bet the turn and villain would raise. Stacking off would be over play I think.

I think that a flush would check/raise and I'm left with outs.

I did exactly that, but opponent folded.

A flush is more likely to cbet OTF. So it will be very hard to put our opponent on flush

You cant fold your top range like that to a unknown opponent. He should be termendous nit to consider it.

If K♣:Q♣: checked behind OTF, they could easily get value from my hand by calling down as long as the board doesn't pair.
