I'm gonna check/fold to over bet on river for sure.

Other than that I check/fold > bet/fold without read.

You could try a stab OTT and give up OTR if your opponet calls. I think i am gonna check/fold OTR

Instead of the check call on the turn, I would probably lead turn for about half pot. If villain calls and the river doesn't complete the flush or is an Ace, I am betting pot to overbet 1.25x on river. Villian could be scared of the King, could have range of QQ-88 possible QJ or a FD. All hands that if you overbet river he will have a hard time calling, of course if he has JJ he is calling and maybe raising. But with the pot and over bet sizing if he raises its safe to presume he has a strong hand. also only ends up being 25% of your stack. IF he calls your river bet/Bluff-

However I did lead OTR smallish, and opponent folded

I like xf -> xf -> xf most. You may consider leading small turn against player with low wwsf as exploit and for protection. On river however I dont like leading at all - you wont fold better hand like 99 or JT and there is no protection to gain. Your hand is also too weak to valuebet, so check is only option.

It's a little bit weird to lead the river when the villain has position and is the aggressor in the hand.
Leading turn makes more sense for value than leading river on a blank.
