Hey all! Decided to start my own blog as I grind my way up the limits.

I have started playing again on GGPoker starting in November as I moved to a new country (The Netherlands).
My initial bankroll in November was 600$.

It went well until I have hit NL50 - I went up and down there and I realized that I need to study more.

Eventually I have hit 4k$ bankroll this month, but my feeling is that I cannot beat NL100 at this point.
Maybe is the rake or it is the fact that this is the highest limit I have ever played (except a shot in 7 years ago at NL200 on Stars).

I play casually since I have a good job and I still consider myself a recreational.

The interesting fact is that I found myself playing at NL100 with some people that were coaches on Pokerstars Poker school years back.

It was a nice feeling!

Any advices for the road are welcomed!

use disciplined BR Mangement, It took me a bunch of tries to break into 200NL- and am currently working on breaking into 500Nl. you just need to keep taking your shots, if you have a good strategy, it will eventually work out. GL

Lately, I have heard a lot of people saying that NL100 cannot be beaten. Do any of you have some feedback about it?

Quick update on the backroll 6176$ and playing NL100, but I feel I am breaking even on the limit. Maybe the rake has something to do about it.

100nl can be beaten. BR management matters at all levels.

You need to take into account how much you play/ hands played.

Feeling you are breaking even or do you have a tracker to tell you this?

Both are telling me this, but I don't play enough volume. It's less then 30k/month.

I do not have many options and considering rakeback GG the best I have.

I play about 15k hands, and I am not a professional, I play as a hobby and run about 5bb/100 at 200nl and about 8bb/100 at 100nl about…. I play about 150-200k hands a year.

For me it’s beatable but I also am not looking to make 60k a year playing.
