Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$1/$2 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T:h, A:h.
MP3 folds, CO raises, BU calls, SB folds, Hero calls.

Flop: (6.5 SB) 8:h, 4:d, 5:d (3 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, BU calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (4.75 BB) T:c (3 players)
Hero bets, CO calls, BU calls.

River: (7.75 BB) 2:s (3 players)
Hero bets, CO folds, BU folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: 7.75 BB.

He could easily check behind the 3way pot and I don't want to give away any freecards. I also donk for value.

your reasoning is simple but accurate. if you don't know whether he's aggressive enough to bet the turn again with K and A high hands, rather donk yourself and probably induce loose Overcard- or A-high- Calls. i would not bet each hand, being CO. But enough player bet any2 again on the turn and against that type of guy, you should rather consider checkraising, instead of donking.
