Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$1/$2 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (4 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BU with 7:s, 7:d.
CO posts deadblind, CO checks, Hero raises, SB folds, BB calls, CO folds.

Flop: (5.5 SB) T:c, 3:d, 4:s (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB raises, Hero calls.

Turn: (4.75 BB) 4:h (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.

River: (6.75 BB) 8:d (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 8.75 BB.

Let's pretend he is unknown. Is my calldown justified?

It is just a calldown. The reason is, he could just have A3 AA5, 22 55 66 or even just a purebluff. You should always calldown, except he is a tight and passive guy and would not bluff in the case that A and K comes up on Turn and River but basically you call it down twice.
