You played that hand very well, so to not get frustated. If you play every hand well like these and still loose, you´re running a lot of bud luck right now. So you need to be patient and calm down, so that you´re able to play your A-Game and avoid mistakes.

Maybe take a break for a few days. ;)

shouldnt've done that at the flop in my opinion. is a bit of bad luck. these things can happen because bad players will call preflop with bad cards and hence if the flop is nice and low they'll most likely have something. must remember that over time the bad players pay you out :)

Hand 2.)
I would give up my hand here. You only have A high and maybe only 5 Outs for your Overcards if you´re against a Flushdraw.
Hands like any Overpair, a Straightdraw or Flushdraw, and maybe any Pair could call you here, because they often put you on Overcards in these spot. And you´re againt two opponents and you have not enough fold equity to push both players out of the pot.

And I do not like to risk 15 Big Blinds on Ace High against 2 players on a draw heavy board.

hand 2: is a check fold by SSS strategy against two players

exactly, esp if they are loose players hence less likely to have only played with high cards
