To 3B or not to 3B? 
to be honest. i would 3bet. mp3 has been in the best position to checkraise the flop and he didn't and furthermore he coldcalled Mp2's openraise. he uses to have way more Queens in his range than 7's. A7 maybe and K7s but he'll call with way more Qx hands. he's got the queen too often and mp2 could be on a flushdraw and you could charge him 2BB instead of just one.
i've just seen mp3's read now. he has a huge VPIP and is probably capable of coldcalling 76o and some other worthless 7x Hands but nevertheless i think it's way more often a single Queen than the 7 as 7's on the board makes a 7 less likely in his hand. i 3bet the turn.
