Play the freeroll tomorrow and ship some U will be back strong
Aye. Did some line analysis on my game. Turns out some of the places i thought i spewed were bad, but not unforgivable. And I'd lost about 4/10 sng's on the bubble to 6 outers or less. Ev line on graph is quite upwards, so feel better.
Aye, @ ik, lets ship that freeroll. You're playing too?

Busted out early. Shall post my shameful play here as a punishment. Back to articles today and down in stakes.

Even if I get only aa's whole night I will burst
Heh, that is not a cooler, my friend, that is TILT. No need to raise on flop, and easy fold on turn, that was.
Nope, staying away from large field mtts, monday morning is bad enough as it is, even without extreme sleep debt.
Usually when you take a huge break watching a video helps a lot.
Btw I had an amazing trip to gokarna and murdeshwar this weekend. Just reached Bangalore a few mins back.
Gokarna is killer. Which beach did you stay at? Havent been to Murudeshwar yet
Love the Paradise beach cos it has a granite plaque that says, "Shiva Gift Place"
Hey folks, wassap!
And I shall be giving a speech on saturday at the Barcamp 2013!
Link: http://barcampbangalore.org/bcb/bcb13/randomness-and-bias
I shall be speaking about the cognitive biases we filter real life through, to make sense of the vast complexity around us. Try to come, if you're in bangalore. The rest of the sessions look real interesting too!
@Minh: Going quite good, man. Barely any poker though, work and life have become real fast paced. But March looks like it might be peaceful. How's the German spring?
Hey Forum,
Got back to the grind yesterday after too long. Played one session and I need some solid work on my mental game. I think I made mostly right decisions, but I believe accumulated tilt has struck me, and I'm expecting to lose every flip.
Soldiered through the damn cheering-against-myself session and ended up slightly positive for the day after a good Laggy final table. Shall get back to videos and perhaps reading that Mental Game book. Lets get serious this March!

Good stuff man.
Good to see you focusing on poker even though you seem to be having a busy month.
Lo folks!
And slowly but steadily, im coming back to form. Plugged a monitor to my lappy and tried my hand at 6-7 tabling today. Looks like i should be able to bring this to about 10 within the week, i only need more time in the late game 3bet type spots. But usually, am down to about 4 tables by endgame time, so its all good!
Weather in bangalore looking great nowadays, I hope we have good rains this year!
Goal for this week: Work up to 10 tables, try to hit 12 @ average BI of $1.5
BR: $240
I would say stick to less no. of tables and beat the stakes at good win-rate.
Shifting to more no. of tables will usually keep you busy folding and raising the next hands, you usually can't notice the table dynamics and you end up becoming robotic. More tables are usually good when you playing for rake-back and stuff, but while starting out should concentrate on learning the game, later on or down the line in your poker career, you won't be able to spend much time on learning.
I think i did the same mistake, still trying to correct it.
@Clawin: Was playing 4 tables so far. Pretty much beating my limit, starting to get bored, so decided to ramp up to get to the next level
@Mahnak: Yea, what you say is correct, but since I play MTSnG's, tables keep closing, so I need to have a decent sized chunk in the start to FT at least 3-4 tables, where all the money is. But yes, I shall try not to get too carried away and become robotic
