Hey guys, _thumbsup:
just as I was registered for the half marathon before the pandemic, I've been registered for the marathon since then, too.
Finally this year the Prague Marathon took place. I wasn't prepared enough for it but I tried my best.
I finished the race with the support of my mum, who accompanied me from the 30th km to the finish.

Congratulations!
I've never done a marathon, but I did 10ks back in the day when our newspaper sponsored one.

Update about my IRL. As I stopped exercising during the last days before preparing for the half marathon and marathon,
now I got finally back to that workout regime as I had before.
I know I should not stop completely but rather adjust and do fewer exercises and be more focused on stretching.
I was in a phase where I started to burn muscles by my running and I could not keep up calories intake with my eating because I'm not a big eater
so I dropped exercising to cut my calory losses plus at that time I didn't feel like exercising anyway.

Now I'm happy to exercise again. I used to exercise 5 times a week for an hour.
As I got back I found out my physics and strength went down, went down dramatically.
Just a reminder - I'm a tiny girl so the weights I exercised with are not that heavy as you guys exercise with.
For comparison in my peak workouts, I did 5 x 10 squads with an additional 10 kg weight vest on me.
Now I did 1x 10 squads without any weight and it was enough for me.

It feels like starting with exercise over again as I did a few years ago.
I feel weak probably because I'm weak. But I know I can get where I was so no need to rush and cause myself an injury. I will start slowly but steadily.
For the first two weeks, I plan to exercise 3-4 times a week for half an hour only a few complex exercises.
After two weeks I'm going to evaluate how I feel and what can I add to my exercise plan. And as a key point, I will make sure to sleep enough and ensure proper nutrition, especially sufficient protein intake.

Have a happy time all :f_thumbsup:

Hi, I have decided to sign off from the bankroll challenge and past few weeks I haven't even played much.

Best of luck to all :sfishy:

Yeah, I ended mine as well for various reasons.
Things change, we move on.

You're still playing though?

I gonna still play, I don't quit poker itself ;)
I didn't play at all last week and very little weeks ago.

I will keep my blog running but with low frequency though.
