This was my weekend concerning NL SH !
Friday: Friday night was F***, took a Tilt 100NL shot and mistakenly played AQ vs AK on A72r 3bet pot blabla I learn from it

I played a little bit tighter than I am used to mainly because of 5-6tabling instead of just four..
I want to stick to four but sometimes I cannot close 2 down because of their fishiness

Whoa back after 18+ hours of sleeping due exhaustion + flu?!
Furthermore I had to crack my password of my PC since I forgot it due Amnesia + loads of vodka ♦
Also it was snowing but it was 25 degrees here in the Netherlands but Public Transport decided that it was minusEV to just run their normal schedule therefore I had a delay of 2 hours.
Now I am here, ready for some poker playing. DeKuip decided not to come after all but I was offline for 72 hours so I didn't know if he was still coming
I am just giong to follow some advices during the MonkeyWEekend namely check/raise more Turn/Rivers (TLN) and put more volume in (TwiceT and Krantz)

Yesterday evening wasnt a good day in terms of result, still I got more experience in things and I am proud of myself that I learned a few tricks in 3bet pots 
I followed TwieT advice to move from 4 to 6 tables, i still have to get used to it because sometimes it requires rush thinking while we got the Time Bank ♦
Also I see that my VPIP/PFR is decreased by 3 points but I dont know if thats a good thing or a bad thing
Guess I just continue playing 6 tables and see how I am doing!
Tonight 
DeKuip is coming tonight till monday night. after my coaching I haev to pick him up at central station and then we hit the casino. The casino here has been renovated recently and it has some nice lounges and stuff.

We have snow on avg 3-4 months/year. We kind of know how to handle it

I just finished my last SH session, I only played one on Sunday, kinda dissapointed in that since I wanted to at least play 2 sessions per day
During this weekend, I played a total of 1994 hands which is not much but I was increasing my tables from 4 to 6. Also on Friday there was the Monster Coaching with 11.5 stacks up like a pro 
Saturday was the worst day in terms of results and $$ as I know I did some creative plays with in retrospect good expectations. So the results were like Ace on the Flop with KK/QQ-ish situations, you know them as well 
Well now I am just going to look at the graph and post that + the statistics

As you can see, didn't made ''much'' but in terms of experience and skill, I think I learned a trick or 3
So next year I got some more goals pokerwise:
♠ Increase volume a lot with at least 2 sessions per day
♠ Get Goldstar before 31st
♠ Improve in learning new concepts more focused
♠ Drop attending coachings unless you have specific topics to discuss with coach otherwise watch videos / learn theory offline
♠ Increase session time to 90 minutes to get grip of the gameflow/reads!

Hmm generally SH rakes more but I think HEM does the dealt rake method but I also table select on the most loose/fishiest tables so action guaranteed.
I did a sweat session with an old friend of mine today, first he played but he wasn't really getting action untill a fish calls his 4bet wit $5.5 effective left with A:d5:d, I was expecting a bit since I recognized this pattern 2 days losing my KK against another Ace-rag hand. Same Scenario, expecting the same outcome.
And BOOM! we saw an ace on the Flop with Joey's K:cK:s, pretty sick 
After that I was going to play and I played well somehow overaggressive in my opinion but while discussing lines/hands, I think I did well maintaining the focus on 5 tables.
in the end I lost 60bb methinks against a 70/13, 50% FtCBet Fish because my strategy was opening ATC when I am in position against this guy. The rest of the table allowed me to play this since they were not paying attention and playing 17/13-ish.
Interesting thing pointing out in my 12k hands I played is that I have a big leak in 3bet/4bet situations and I am working/focusing on it atm, working out some mathematics
To be completely honest with you , as reader: I 3bet way more than the average reg but my fold to 4bet is high as I figure that on micro's the average joe ain't bluff4betting... BUT SOME DO
Now I want to find the Equilibrium calculation to see what a 5bet ''marginal value'' shove or 5bet bluff is in terms of EV aka bb/100 or EV per hand
Also my fold to 3bet is quite high but I worked that out because it is more easier to figure out some solutions. Guess some literature (SSNL, LTBR, DC) also helps me alot
Tomorrow I will be finishing my Dutch SS series and Unfortunately, there will not be any English SS videos from me anymore because the new CMs told me they had enough vids.. 
With 2 sessions played today, feeling semi-tired, I will go to bed now. Next year I will bockle up and play a 3rd one because getting Diamond for the BMP to see Opal, Ash, TwiceT is quite worth it

I played my sessions really TAGGy with a low 3bet% but people see me as maniac 10% 3bet style so I guess tighening up is a good strategy.
