I gave the 2nd workshop class for children in game development. It was so amazing again. They love drawing pixel art for some reason. One boy drew a snake and a mouse - it's a multiplayer on the same keyboard - the snake will eat the mouse and mouse will appear again after 3 seconds somewhere on the screen.
One child started to cry - I hadn't given personal council for him for 5 minutes already - I didn't even see that child. (The group was 10+ people, I can handle easily maximum 5-6 people). But then I heard him crying. Then he googled a beautiful astral background for his Asteroids-shooter. I guess he had heard how I explained backgrounds to one girl.
Everyone was interested in another lesson the next week. I presented one of my made games as an example of how rooms work. They said wow to disappearing animation and at the end of the game the whole class clapped hands in wonder. 10 people is difficult to handle (lack of speed), but luckily some can do some stuff themselves a little bit already, especially the 2player-Pacman-creator-special-effects guy.

So with your switch to no-limit recently, can you tell certain (big) differences you encountered thus far, between the two game types?
(Like, are people calling you with much tigher or looser ranges?)

Thank you for the reply and question in my blog. I think a big difference is, that weaker aggressive players are not that aware of turn and river spots in NLHE, they are afraid of these spots and misplay them more often. This is because in FLHE, a hand very often goes to river street, while in NLHE, more hands end on flop. So, a part of my strategy was an attempt to attack that specific weakness as a player who is comfortable with turns and rivers.
Like what does he have on the river that bets 2/3 of pot on this river? makes no sense. i close my eyes and call, ready to lose.
127 sessions this year, 65% winning sessions, 35% losing sessions, avg session length 57 minutes.

Quite interesting remark. And it seems to me that not only the weak agressive players do this, but also a lot of passive players that play the flop fit/fold. Limping hands and than giving up 100% when missing the flop. An extension of this is the type of players that are floatable. (c-)betting just once on flop and than giving up after a turn bet.
I think it is important and we need to make sure we aren't exploited, like cbetting flop 100% and folding turn 100%. against weaker players who dont notice and fold flop alot we can do that, but people who pay attention, we need to hide our style/strategy more to be less obvious. and the other way around, which is more difficult - if we pick up a postflop tendency from another person that is legit, we can try to exploit that person. but normally i don't have that many hands/reads on people, so i estimate and play the board. let's say im unknown to a weak-looking reg that doesnt want to lose a big pot.for example flop is J95, he cbets, i call with 33. turn is 7 he bets 1/3, i could raise big to get him off Jx, 9x... maybe QQ... but i need to sense weakness or have some kind of read to do that.
How would you explain what online poker is to somebody? "It's like golf, but everybody is running at the same time" ?
Sometimes having mindset/emotional issues playing NL2 or $0.50 SnGs or FL 2c/4c. Then I go to Betsafe, they have super nice 10c SNGs.
April was nice. Dropped to an average 0.8 hours/day of gameplay, compared to (1.6 in Feb and 1.3 in March), but made more money actually. Moving my career a bit to "game development with children", teaching children to develop computer games, developing computer games myself with children and so on.

it is that 25c and bigger buy-ins have already a lot of money moving, stuff gets real and these stakes are full of dedicated enemies. also, that money matters to me too much. 10c however i am not afraid to lose, the opposition is softer and i am having fun. for $1 to properly play i need $200 i think

yeah, I am learning/teaching. bought a course about graphics and now a course about creating GDD documents (the plan for the whole game). this week i will give another computer game creation workshop for children in school.
I am so happy about this community already from the beginning. I was Diamond member once and got even Christmas card with chocolate from Gibraltar or something. I have even dreamed of working at Gibraltar office of PokerStrategy. I was a Fixed Limit section Hand Judge for two years or something. 3 years ago I also won in that lottery 
I am incredibly happy about this community... so funny. Many people don't even know what online poker even is or something. But here people move who are in-game and know shit. End of May it will be 15 years of membership on this site for me 
There are users even more old but I am more loyal to this site than to Facebook for example.
