Okay here goes to my awful yet thoughtful attempt at looking at your hands.
Hand 1:
Nice 3-bet sizing, but are you really going to be comfortable if you get two callers let alone one? Because you are OOP with a pretty weak hand that you really need to flop two pair or a FD (like you did) to be able to continue comfortably on a K-high flop. Or any broadway cards that don't give you a draw.
The fact that CO called doesn't necessarily mean he has a strong range as you are both deep stacked and he is getting nice implied odds from (imo) 22+ possibly A,J+ (possible A,Ts), and SC 6,7+but without reads or table dynamics it's hard to say for sure.
On the flop I think (if you are C-betting a lot) then CO is going call no matter what due to the texture of the board.
I think the check behind on the turn could been seen two ways. He's happy to let you keep firing and call down to the river in the hope that he can raise you. He himself is drawing to something and doesn't want to bloat the pot. I assume this is also the reason you checked behind to keep the pot size down as you can't be sure he doesn't have you crushed here?
I like the check either way.
The bet from CO on the river looks like a value bet or he is just a savvy opponent and is betting his missed draw.
I think he is likely to show A,K here and you win the hand.
Hand 2:
Hate the call pre-flop call personally 3-bet every time, no better position to play a 3-bet pot with hole cards that strong and by calling you are just enticing the blinds to call by giving nice odds.
On the flop obviously C-bet and fold to a raise because once you are check-raised on a flop like this you are more dominated than you are ahead.
Turn confuses me as to why you check behind - Unless you are again playing for pot control as you can't be certain you ahead.
River pot size bet after only check calling looks like a bluff, but I'm expecting to see K,J K,Q here - Maybe J,Q slowplay.
This hand I think you lost, and if you did then it could of been avoided by 3-betting pre-flop.

not a fan of the 3bet in the first hand as played i just bet/go broke on the turn... i don't think he'll view the Q as particularly scary so i think we can still get value from some worse hands + we have some hands absolutely crushed. this is a spot where i'd check back with a worse made hand + draw (lets say we had 78 here instead) but just bet for value with my KTcc.
2nd hand the call preflop can be fine in many situations but my default is definitely to 3bet. as played i'd say folding the river to the PSB is better than calling.
