 I have no idea what GTO looks like for $5 spins.
 Never go out first. This is tough if you get 3Bet (or 4Bet) preflop holding a premium hand and get sucked out on.
 No limping — rarely, if ever, overlimp. Raise or fold.
 Minimize flat calling when 3-handed. I restrict flat calls to 22 — 88 range hands, sometimes suited broadways lacking the Ace.
 When heads-up, flat call wider OOP, then...
 When behind, play stop-and-go when OOP. Flat pre, then jam if you get any part of the flop.
 When heads-up open raise very wide in position, folding if necessary.
