I have made my mind up, I am shelving my 6max aspirations for the foreseeable future.
Current database 6max all platforms looks like this.

Current database entrants between 11 and 180 is like this

and finally this year on MTSNG games on all platforms (in reality 99% stars)

I have played some 18mans over the last couple of days and it has been a revelation, the 45/90 mans are not hard either, but I am on micro stakes and as such need to remember the quality of opponent is low in a lot of cases.
I have run AK into AA several times during these games, but find stacking is helping me overcome beats and setups as I don't worry about all in outcomes as much as when I tile.
I ran a couple of 18s last night while on screen share with a friend and managed to do ok in 1 but not ITM and I won the other 1 so was happy with that. I felt I played ok, but a lot of improvement to be made.
The main reason I am leaving 6max alone for now is that I am not enjoying them. I want to enjoy my hobby, what's the point otherwise?
I am sure in the long run things will improve, but for now I am happy learning how the 18s to 180s play out. Table ninja has allowed me to play a lot more tables and this in turn helps with my mental game as before a set of 4 games taking 30mins plus and coming away with nothing would annoy me, whereas playing a 2 hour set of MTSNGs I am replacing bust out tables quickly and moving to the next game without letting my mindset change.
I need to do a few things though, it is not all plain sailing. I need to watch some more 45s, 90 & 180 content, esp Collin Moshman as he has a great way of explaining things and a very clear idea of how to maximise the value in these formats.
I need to also adjust my ranges away from 6max, as the payout structure is different, so lots of work to do over the next few weeks.
I will continue to play 6max on iPoker for PS Status points, 5 $1 games each day will get me Gold Status, so I should be able to do that without any headaches, running a set of 6 as my MTSNG set slows down will be fine.
Good Luck everybody
