Well... the dreaded downswing has come. I'm down around 16 buyins on the $5s and I'll admit that I started tilting 
I think its coz I wanted to reach $500 so much and every time I nearly got there I'd start losing, then the TILT sets in.. at first I was playing reasonably well, but every time I'd call someones all in when I was ahead they would outdraw me n I started playin bad because of it.
Well, I have excluded myself for 7 days so I can spend some time studying poker more, theres no point playing if I'm not enjoyin it and losing money through bad play.
Goals for this week
[ ] ReRead ALL of the SnG Articles
[ ] ReRead ALL of the psychology Articles
[ ] Attend a coaching
[ ] Review some hands in the sample hand forum
[ ] Train with ICM
[ ] Enjoy poker when I start playin again

Do I know that feeling! Man oh man have I been through that! Like everytime there is a landmark I wanna hit... One of the lessons I am learning at the moment, but constantly is about appreciating the value of long term value... and I think it's slowly setting in for me... cos I sharkscoped this guy and he had 16% ROI over 6.5K games and I was studying his graph and there are a good few strecthes where he had breakeven or losing stretches over 500+ games... so, trust your game, play your A game and it will eventually come

Play your best game and you will reach your goal. You've played this well to even have this goal so keep at it and you will reach it.
Hey guys, I kinda cheated n started playing on my fulltilt account. I had around $25 on there n managed to get it to $63 using BRM mainly, and played some HU SnG's, I did pretty well in those, won 10/11. Then I got kinda bored of playing $1 SnG's so I played a set of $5's it didn't go well at all.
1 game on the bubble I had AJd so i raised flop came Jxx 2 diamonds, so I bet n got raised, I pushed they had KK, n my hand didn't improve, I was kinda annoyed they didn't reraise me preflop but what can I do, theres no way I was folding TPTK and nut flush draw. The others I donked out, came 3rd in 1/4 sng's *hmrph*
I was doing so well using BRM up until then. Hope theres a lesson for all u kids thinking of going against BRM. Well I have $50 now, I've still done good to get that far from starting with $3 on fulltilt
Sure, BRM is the key, but it feels good to have other account where you can do crazy stuff, right?
I won freeroll in pacific (0,52$), increased that amount to 6.81$ in NL2 and now i use this money for SNG training

My so called boyfriend has been ignorin me for a week, well he answered on monday n said he was sleeping when I'd tried to call him which I think is BS. N he hasn't been answerin since then Its pissin me offffffffff, n I think life tilt is making me tilt on poker too.
1st Excuse for not answerin: I call once then don't ring back n he never has any credit to ring back.
2nd Excuse: He's sleeping (All weekend?!?!?!?!?)
So now he can't use the 1st excuse coz I tried ringin him a few times n still no answer

Life tilt definitely affects your poker game, take a break!
Don't pressure him too much, let him "sleep" if he wants to. Obviously something is going on that he's not telling you.
When he's ready to talk, try talking face to face, and find out whats bugging him exactly. Have your poker face on during this talk 
Wow, sounds like a jerk imo. Give him some space and if he doesn't come around quit him like a too-good opponent in HU who is just EV-.

Thx guys I dunno why I am even with him tbh coz he can be a real jerk. And I will quit him for the no good donk he is, the bad beat thats waiting to happen. He's rigged my deck for the last time.
lol sounds like me ♦ ... forgot battery charger at university = 2 weeks without mobile phone without even care ... it makes crazy my friends around ♦

Well me n my boyfriend have sorted things out, he texted me on friday to call him n said he wasn't answering coz he was stressed out about money problems. I had a pretty crazy weekend... I have this *friend* whos a bit mad, tbh I'm only her friend because no one likes her n I'm too nice to be mean to her like everyone else. I ended up havin to take her to the hospital coz she lost the plot, they had to call security coz she was getting out of bed n telling every nurse/doctor that went past that she'd been given the wrong injection n thinkin she was gonna die. Sooo I have decided I'm definitely *NoT* becoming a MeNTaL health nurse, coz I dunno if I could handle people like her... I was crying coz I didn't know what to do. I left her when she fell asleep after staying with her for 3 hours I was emotionally drained, n her family were on their way. I spoke to them the day after n they have told me she is on a psychiatric ward now.
I haven't had much time for poker, now I won't get past silver status on stars but oh well. I'm not very good at sticking to my goals either, but I think this weekend I'm staying home so might get some studying in then. Today I'm goin round to my mates, with a bottle of mint chocolate baileys *YuM*
Hi, I haven't updated lately coz I haven't been playing much, today was the first day in the past week or 2 I got to really grind, I decided to play some MTT SnG's and I did alright. I came 1st in a 45 man, bubbled an 18 man and nearly bubbled a 180 man but someone shorter than me lost at the same time ♦
Heres a nice hand that helped me to win the 45 man.. I love when I outdraw someone who's slowplaying ♦ I pretty much bullied the table after that n took it down heads up.
