Pourquoi relances-tu? tu as lle tirage quinte par le bas et tu est déjà battu part TJ....

Remarque générale en voyant tes mains: tu joues trop aggressifr sans tenir les nuts. Le PLO avec ses 40/60 - 60-40 a trop de variance pour jouer aggressiuf. De plus, avec le rake que tu paies, tu joues perdant.

J'ai top DP, tirage quinte et vilain aurait la nut s'il a 9Txx, ce qui est peu probable vu que j'ai 99xx.........

Donc je raise ici avec mes deux paires et mes tirages strg8 et full, et parce que vilain qui 3-bet preflop, normalement, mais je dis bien normalement c'est pas avec 66xx en main.

Sur la turn, j'aurai pu check behind, j'ai préféré bet en bluff pour continuer de représenter strg8 et faire fold vilain, qui finalement call en espérant améliorer sa main en full, alors qu'en fait, il n'y a que 4 cartes qui lui donneraient nut full ou carré.

Bon déjà 12 mains sur vilain dur d'avoir un read solide, donc tu ne devrais pas non plus trop dévier du jeu GTO, meme si fish probable.
Sa range tend probablement vers des high cards assorties, mais pas que. Il peut aussi avoir n'importe quoi.
Flop locké, tu as la position et le pot est déjà gros, tu n'auras jamais de mal a tout mettre au milieu avec les nuts. Donc déjà, sans read, tu sais que tu ne devrais pas beaucoup raise ce flop en value avec T9, et certainement jamais pot, pour équilibrer avec d'éventuels bluffs.
Bon la tu pot alors qu'il cb un flop qui semble peu le toucher. Tu veux value ses over pairs ? des draws peu probables que tu bloques ? Ou bluff 45/ 59/ 66 ?
Aucun besoin de protéger ta main ici (peu de bad turns) et tu n'as pas de value a prendre.
Peu probable que tu fasses passer beaucoup de meilleures mains.
Au contraire, tu empeches vilain de se value cut turn.
Une fois qu'il t'a call, t'es bien dans la mouise. Est ce qu'il slowplay une straight ? A-t-il un draw ? AA ? Est ce qu'il connait les regles du PLO ?
Dans tous les cas tu n'as pas de FE, en tout cas pas sur une meilleure main, faut etre un peu réaliste.
Quand tu te lances dans des gros bluffs (ou value la on sait pas trop) visualise davantage les ranges qui continuent ou pas et surtout, gère mieux le SPR. Si tu raise petit flop, tu peux envoyer turn ET river pour un max de FE. Ici quand tu es call flop tu n'as plus la profondeur de rien faire.
Et ensuite contre des meilleurs vilains, équilibre tes lignes (tu ne devrais pas raise souvent ce flop avec T9).

Honnêtement, quand je raise ici, c'est juste parce que je veux le faire fold, j'ai même pas envie d'aller voir une turn, vu que ces derniers elles me sont tout le temps défavorables. Prendre le pot maintenant, ça me va. Je sais c'est complètement RO.

Et comme je suis traumatisé par ce jeu, dès que je touche les nuts, je me refuse à miser, parce que je sais qu'il y a 0% chance que la river soit une brique et que ma main reste devant.
En fait, je sais même plus pourquoi je suis encore sur les tables, vu que plus rien ne tourne dans le bon sens.

Je sais pas.... j'ai pas l'impression que ça me fasse tilter, je trouve plutôt cela terriblement lassant en fait. J'ai joué à peine 400 hands hier, j'ai attendu des spots et quand j'ai eu de bonnes occasions de ramasser un stack, ça a fini comme ça et pour un résultat de -3.5 caves.

Je joue depuis 3 ans le PLO; il y a des phases où j'ai gagné la plupart de ces mains et d'autres le contraire. Il ne faut donc pas perdre courage....
