Voila je voudrais pousser un coup de gueule contre cette room qui semble de plus en plus se la péter en se permettant de refuser de nouveaux joueurs prets a faire un cashin chez eux pour des raisons qui franchement m'echappent...
Je m'explique, je leur ai demandé si je pouvais rattacher un compte PLAYMONEY anciennement créé chez eux a pokerstrategy en leur disant que j'allais faire un deposit pour jouer leurs SNG que je préfère.
Première réponse : non ce n'est pas possible...
La question que je me pose: pourquoi puisque ce n'était que du playmoney et que je leur propose maintenant de faire un deposit.
Je décide donc d'essayer de contourner le problème en demandant la fermeture de cet ancien compte puis d'en réouvrir un nouveau pour cette fois le rattacher correctement a pokerstrategy, et je leur envoie donc ce mail :

account.
A few weeks later I discovered the web site Pokerstrategy.
Actually, I have a real money account on another Poker Room where I like
to play SNG tournaments.
But I really prefer the pokerstars SNG for the blinds structure.
So I made a cashout on my other room account on an especially neteller
account created to transfer money to my pokerstars account.
I asked to your french support if it was possible to join my pokerstars
account to my pokerstrategy but the answer was no...
I was really desapointed.
So please can you give me a solution to have a real money pokerstars
account, joined to my pokerstrategy account ?
Can I create another pokerstars account for this ?

Here at PokerStars you are only allowed to have one account. As you already have an account with us, I'm afraid that you cannot open a new one to take advantage of the PokerStrategy promotion.
You may re-open your existing account, however we cannot link that account to PokerStrategy.

Je ne sais pas quoi faire, je me tate pour creer quand meme un deuxieme compte avec des infos différentes sans rien leur dire parce que la je trouve qu'ils poussent le bouchon un peu loin...
