Chad Eveslage wins the WPT Five Diamond World Poker Classic
A 2nd WPT title for Eveslage who won $1 million after the longest final table in World Poker Tour history.
At the same time as a bustling EPT London on the other side of the pond, there was an impressive 569 entries for the $10,400 WPT Five Diamond World Poker Classic in Las Vegas - one of the biggest WPT events of the year.
It was an eventful tournament, one of the highlights being the infamous Robbi Jade Lew being the last woman standing. She finished in 49th place for $22,400.
The event, however, belonged to Chad Eveslage won his second WPT title for $1,042,300, after he defeated Steve Buckner heads-up. The final table took 399 hands, which was the longest final table in WPT history.
Eveslage is having an amazing couple of years. Last year he won his first WPT title at the Venetian and this summer he won the $25,000 WSOP High Roller bracelet for $1,415,610, as well as several other titles.
