PokerStrategy.com proudly introduces Thomas Kraus as the new VIP support for the English Diamond and Black Members. In the future, he will be responsible for all matters related to VIPs.
Members of PokerStrategy.com who made it to Diamond or
Black Member status are provided with exclusive customer support that takes
care of all matters related to our VIPs. We are proud to introduce our new dedicated VIP support for Diamond and Black Members, Thomas Kraus, who from now on, will take care of all matters VIP.
This means shorter response times by liasing across the board with other departments, daily VIP support, and top-priority responses for any VIP issues raised directly by Diamond or Black Members. Additionally, Thomas will also be available in the Diamond Forum as well as the Black Member Forum.

Thomas Kraus originally comes from Munich, Bavaria. He spent his school
years in New Zealand and the United States and then began working in Munich and Regensburg as an insurance broker.
His profession helped him maintain steady contact with his
partners and customers in Germany, until he decided to widen his
experience in an international field.
He began working for a famous online role playing game in Dublin,
Ireland, where he developed his affection for the country. He is responsible not just for the Diamonds and Black Members in the English
community, but for those in the German one as well.
Concerning his future tasks as VIP Support, he had this to say:
After spending one year in Ireland working in the customer support
for an online role playing in Dublin, I decided to move to sunny
Gibraltar to work for PokerStrategy.com. Due to my work as an insurance
broker I have already worked with a lot of customers, also in the
international field. Now I'm looking forward to support our Diamonds
and Black Members. After I acquainted myself with the work of pure and
Jeff I'm very aware what our VIPs want and need and hope to meet the
requirements.
