As many would have predicted, Patrik Antonius and Phil Ivey emerged as the top high-stakes winners for 2009. Tom "durrrr" Dwan topped the table for most of the year, but a few disastrous sessions against the mysterious Isildur1 meant he ended as one of the biggest losers for 2009.
