Weekly Vote - Who is Your Favourite Female Poker Player?
Women in poker are hot right now. Liv Boeree won an EPT title earlier this year, Vanessa Rousso just placed third at the WPT Five Diamond and Vanessa Selbst took down the PPT just last month. Female poker players have turned a lot of heads this year and we want to know who your favourite is.
Ever since Annette Obrestad's 2008 WSOPE Main Event victory, a new generation of successful female poker players have been grabbing the spotlight, especially in the past year.
Vanessa Selbst not only bested an extremely tough final table at the Partouche Poker Tour last month to walk away with the €1.3 million prize but is also near the top of many 'player of the year' lists for 2010.
Liv Boeree (pictured right) won the EPT San Remo Main Event back in April for €1.25 million and female players are taking to the felt in bigger numbers than ever before.
Young guns Annette Obrestad and Vanessa Rousso are fourth and fifth in the all-time female money earners rankings, but maybe you prefer some of the more established female pros like Kathy Liebert and Annie Duke who take first first and second spots on this list.
