BotD: A Tournament of Epic Proportions

While the Community Team (751st) certainly did a good job this week with Xrency (24th and furthest community member) cashing in $57.16, the true winner is the Mod Squad: with an average finish of 608, they managed to get their hands on all the gold medals, thanks to cannell555 (35th - furthest ranked member) and Frozenrope (331st).

Team Judgernaut (1713rd) also did good this past weekend, grabbing 2 silver and 1 bronze medals; the credits for that goes to erptech (222nd) and nrgblaze (227th). Media Maniacs (2185) seized 2 bronze medals, mainly due to fostie (250th) and Timukasr (491), basically ending the top 3 team ranking for this edition.

Unfortunately, Team Tribun could not win any medals this time, despite 1seednoir1's good ranking of 541. Team SoyCD wasn't far from the same result, as they only managed to get their hands on a silver medal for the best average finish this week; Veriz (679th) deserves the credit here, as he was the only one from his team to finish ITM (which he has done 3 weeks in a row now).

With 3 gold medals, the Mod Squad is now getting closer to the rank leaders, Team SoyCD, while the Judgernauts are still in third position, followed by Media Maniacs. Team Tribun's poor performance for this weekend set them back even more, as they did not manage to get any medals.

As announced in the restructuring news, there is now an additional
prize pool which will be distributed among the top players of the BOD.
As soon as the extra-pot reaches $490, we will give out 1 ticket to the Sunday Million and 5 buy-ins
to the Daily Eighty Grand ($50+5) amongst those players who are currently

Thanks to this week's impressive performance, the prize pool has grown significantly, as $97 was added. This means that we have passed the $400 mark and we are very close to reaching the $490 pot.

All players that manage to cash in a ranked team automatically have the
