Community Round-up: Easter Edition

Happy Easter 2010!
Before we start off the round-up this week, we'd like to take some time to wish everyone a Happy Easter! If you are taking a break over Easter, hope you have a great time! If you are online, trying to catch some of the amazing Easter weekend action, then good luck at the tables!

To celebrate another "holiday" that happens around easter every year. A few of the staff, admins and moderators of the English Community also "sat down" for some high stakes Pot Limit Omaha action. Poker Blog of the Week
This week,
gets a special mention as his blog is our blog of the week. Many have followed his progress through the limits for the past year. Unfortunately, he suffered an injury to his arm recently and has had some trouble continuing his usual SnG multi-tabling routine.
Tim has of course not given up yet. His blog discusses some ingenious solutions to how he can make poker playing and blogging less inconvenient for himself. Do check out the great recent discussion that centres around stuff like gamepads and voice recognition software.

Performances of the Week
The flow of results being seemed to have slowed down a little bit over this week, so hopefully it picks up again next week. That however, doesn't mean our members didn't make some big scores. Here are some highlights from this week:
- funktor took first in a couple of 180 man MTTs and earned $594 each time.
- arnolde89 won $1,450, after finishing firth in a $11 rebuy tournament
- sirilidion cashed in the Sunday Million for $468.5
- jbpatzer finished second in a $2 tournament, earning $150
Million in a Year - Total Winnings (Week 33): $470,667.07
There is now less than 20 weeks left in the challenge, so it really is time to get the ball rolling. If we all chip in and push ourselves from now on, we definitely still have a shot of making it!

Share Your March Graphs and April Goals
As has become the custom in our community, both the March graphs and April goals threads are now up and running. Posting up your results and setting targets for yourself definitely helps keep your poker career in perspective. Not only is it a very helpful exercise, it is also a great way to interact with your community.
